Opening an Australian Bank Account

If you will be working abroad specifically in Australia, you need to open an Australian bank account which your employer will deposit your salary. Did you know that you can open an Australian bank account even though your still in the Philippines. You can open an account with ANZ bank here in the Philippines. You may see the requirements below.
Requirements
- Deposit:1000 AUD
- passport
- visa
- ticket
- driver’s License
You should at least deposit 1000 AUD. If you exceeded to deposit the specified amount (You need to confirm this to ANZ since this may change without prior notice), ANZ bank will ask for the source of fund whether it’s from a bank loan or from your company or personal savings.

e.Participating in staff meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops

Getting Certified Copy of Passport
November 24, 2007
if ur requesting for a certified copy of the passport, DFA will require the ff:
- request letter (where will u use/why u need need the certified copy)
- photocpy of the passport, first and last page
- ID photo (no. depends on how many copy you will request)
Fee is P100 per copy
Proceed to DFA, window 77 for the application and present the requirements. dnt forget to bring the passport for verification
Personal appearance is a must. Authorization is only allowed upon claiming of the copy and only the immediate family can claim in ur behalf
DFA is open from Monday-Friday only, 8am to 5pm.
